Pay Your 1040 Tax Help

  1. Login to If you do not have a PayGuam user account, you must register for one to make a payment online.
  2. Choose your payment type by selecting the radio button next to "Income Tax returns" toward the bottom of the page, as shown below:
    Select "Income Tax returns" radio button
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Next, click on the box next to 1040 - Income Tax Return - Single and Joint Fil as shown below:
    Select "Income Tax returns" radio button
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Enter the required invoice information. NOTE: To complete the required fields, you will need a copy of your e-filing confirmation page or e-mail confirmation that you received when you e-filed your return.
  7. Click Add Invoice.
  8. Review the details of your transaction, then click Proceed to Checkout.
  9. Verify your transaction total and note the added convenience fee. Click Confirm Payment.
  10. Enter the payment information requested. Click Pay Now.
  11. Print a copy of the Confirmation Receipt for your records.
